條款及細則  

1. 遊戲由2024年1月19日起至2023年1月22日晚上11:59結束。得獎者名單將於2024年1月30日於Instagram遊戲帖文公布。 

2. 任何參加此遊戲的參加者，即表示其本人已接受並同意受所有有關條款及細則約束。  

3. 凡未滿18歲之參賽者，必須得到家長或監護人簽署同意。  

4. yuu會員需 (1) 讚好yuu Instagram專頁，(2) 讚好遊戲帖文，(3)於網頁填妥會員號碼及資料，(4) 於遊戲帖文下留言答案並tag兩位朋友 

5. 每個yuu帳戶只可獲獎一次。 得獎者需於1月31日至2月6日期間，親臨太子換領地點領取獎品。 

6. 比賽程序、形式及結果以DFI Development (HK) Limited之決定為準，參賽者不得異議。  

7. 得獎者必須提供正確無誤的yuu ID以供身份核實。  

8. 得獎者的姓名及參加紀錄有機會於yuu獎賞計劃社交媒體平台出現。  

9. DFI Development (HK) Limited之員工不得參加是次活動。  

10. 所有收集之個人資料將會由DFI Development (HK) Limited按照其私隱政策保留。私隱政策可參閱https://www.yuurewards.com。  

11. 在法律容許下，DFI Development (HK) Limited、其代理、夥伴或發行商將不會在任何情況下負責或有責任向中獎者作出補償或接受因領獎而出現的任何損失、損壞、個人受傷或死亡之責任。  

12. 如有任何爭議，DFI Development (HK) Limited保留最終之決定權。須受其他yuu條款和細則約束。  

13. 條款及細則之中英文版本如有任何差異，以英文版本為準。  

 
  

Terms & Conditions  

1. Game period: 19 January 2024 to 22 January 2024 23:59. Game result will be announced in this post on 30 January 2024. 

2. Any participant who participates in this game has accepted and agreed to be bound by all relevant terms and conditions.  

3. For participants under the age of 18, permission of their parent(s) or guardian(s) must be obtained prior to the participation.  

4. To qualify for the rewards, yuu members must: (1) like the yuu Instagram Page; (2) like the game post; (3) correctly input their yuu ID and information in this webpage; (4) share your answer in the comments section of the game post and tag 2 friends 

5. Each yuu Account can only win once. Winners are required to collect their prizes at Prince Edward redemption location within the period from 31 January 31 to 6 February 2024. 

6. The procedure, format and results of the competition are subject to the decision of DFI Development (HK) Limited. Participants shall not object.  

7. Winners must provide the correct yuu ID for identity verification.  

8. The winners’ names and entries may appear on yuu Rewards Club social media channels.  

9. The employees of DFI Development (HK) Limited are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.  

10. Any personal data collected in respect of the Promotion will be held by DFI Development (HK) Limited in accordance with its privacy policy. For privacy policy, please refer to https://www.yuurewards.com.  

11. Insofar as is permitted by law, DFI Development (HK) Limited, its agents, partners or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize.  

12. In case of any dispute, DFI Development (HK) Limited shall have the right of final decision. Other yuu Terms & Conditions apply.  

13. These Terms and Conditions are provided in English and Chinese. In case of any inconsistency between the two versions, the English version shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency.
