使用此服務 The coverage of the Road Side Assistance Service applicable in Hong Kong shall include: 此服務只適用於香港，並包括以下項目： a. 24-Hour Emergency Road Side Assistance a. 24小時緊急道路救援 In the event of mechanical breakdown of, or accident to the vehicle on the road, excluding the failure of security system of the vehicle, please contact Allianz 24-hour telephone advisory hotline and if the vehicle is known to be immobilised, unfit or unsafe to be driven, Allianz will at Allianz’s own expense, excluding any spare parts or accessories, arrange emergency roadside repair service at your request on the spot. In such case, the vehicle must not be left unattended prior to the arrival of the provider of the repair service. 如果車輛在道路上發生機械故障或意外（車輛的保安系統故障除外），請致電安聯24小時熱線；如獲悉車輛無法駕駛、不適宜駕駛或無法安全駕駛，安聯將根據你的要求安排緊急道路維修服務，費用由安聯承擔（不包括任何零部件或配件）。在此情況下，在維修服務人員到達現場之前，車輛不得處於無人看管狀態。 b. 24-Hour Free Towing Service b. 24小時免費拖車服務 If the vehicle is immobilised on the road due to an accident or mechanical breakdown, excluding the failure of security system of the vehicle, please contact Allianz 24-hour telephone advisory hotline and if the condition of which is beyond repair on the spot, Allianz will at Allianz’s own expense, arrange for the vehicle to be towed to a vehicle repairer or other place in Hong Kong SAR as requested by you, provided that the amount shall not exceed HK$2,000, Allianz reserves the right to collect any amount that exceeds this HK$2,000 limit from the vehicle owner. 如果車輛在道路上發生機械故障或意外（車輛的保安系統故障除外），請致電安聯24小時熱線；如獲悉車輛無法駕駛、不適宜駕駛或無法安全駕駛，安聯將根據你的要求安排緊急道路維修服務，不超過2,000港元，費用由安聯承擔（不包括任何零部件或配件）。如超過指定金額，安聯將保留向車主索償之權利。 In such case the vehicle must not be left unattended prior to the arrival of the provider of the towing service. Allianz will not be responsible for any damage to or theft of objects and accessories which are left in or outside the Vehicle. 在此情況下，在維修服務人員到達現場之前，車輛不得處於無人看管狀態。 如果車輛因意外或機械故障在道路上無法駕駛（車輛保安系統故障除外），請致電安聯24小時熱線；如車輛處於無法在現場維修的狀況，安聯將根據你的要求安排拖車服務，將車輛拖至汽車維修商或香港特區的其他地點，費用由安聯承擔，在此情況下，在拖車服務人員到達現場之前，受保車輛不得處於無人看管狀態。 The above coverage is for your one-off use so the registered vehicle can enjoy the coverage for only one time. In the event of adverse conditions beyond Allianz’s control, Allianz reserve the right to suspend the Road Side Assistance Services. 每輛登記車輛只可享以上服務一次。如果情況超出安聯控制範圍，安聯有權暫停提供以上服務。 If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions and/or any details of the Road Side Assistance Service promotion, the English version shall prevail. 本推廣優惠詳情、條款及細則之中英文版內容如有歧義，概以英文版本為準。 |
