條款及細則 
1) 【yuu 分常駐  衣食住行度度賺！開運棋】活動（「 此活動」） 推廣期由2024 年1月26日00:00時至2月6日下午11時59分（「推廣期」）。    
2) 此活動只供yuu會員參加，並下載及啟動yuu獎賞應用程式方可贏取獎品。   
3) 推廣期內會員於yuu 合作夥伴消費，首5000名集衣、食、住、行四大種類其中三種的合作夥伴消費並賺取yuu積分，即可贏取【yuu 分常駐  衣食住行度度賺！開運棋】乙套。參與商戶以yuu獎賞應用程式探索頁面內的合作夥伴名單為準。 
4) 此活動消費不包括易辦事Easy Cash提款、任何增值服務、購買禮券、初生嬰兒配方奶粉(一號嬰兒奶粉)、處方藥物、香煙、任何印花推廣活動之換購品、網上遊戲卡、流動電話儲值卡／電話卡／增值券、八達通卡／產品、禮品卡、預付卡、各款入場券/車票/郵票、塑膠購物袋收費（如適用）、膠盒、送貨費用（如適用）、傳真及影印服務、手機充電服務、取件及退件服務、儲物櫃、泊車繳費、迪欣湖活動、自助洗衣服務等、IKEA for Business／服務消費／購買非IKEA之廚房電器及爐具/陳列貨品/特價部貨品、網上購物/訂購及指定產品/優惠/分店。 
5) yuu會員於推廣期内經yuu應用程式投保「易安逸」人壽保障計劃、「易安康」癌症保障計劃、「易入息」延期年金計劃 (100%全保證)、「極醫時」全保費回贈環球住院現金計劃(三年)或五年儲蓄人壽保障計劃 （而投保「易安逸」人壽保障計劃或「易安康」癌症保障計劃需選擇港幣100萬、150萬、 200萬、300萬、350萬、500萬、650萬或800萬元保障），即符合四大種類之中，住類別的消費要求。 
6) 如yuu會員於保單冷靜期内或保單生效日後的三個月内取消保單，DFI Development (HK) Limited (「DFI」) 保留向該yuu會員收取有關獎品的費用之權利而不作事前通知。 
7) 【yuu 分常駐  衣食住行度度賺！開運棋】需於2024年2月7日至3月15日期間前往太子大南街順豐站 (香港九龍油尖旺區太子大南街24, 24A及26號地下A舖) 領取，得獎者將於2024年2月6日或之前收到短訊通知得獎

8) 如得獎者沒有於2024年3月15日或之前到獎品換領中心領取【yuu 分常駐  衣食住行度度賺！開運棋】，將視為放棄換領獎品。  
9) 每位得獎者只可獲得獎品名額一個，所有獎品不得轉讓、不得兌換現金及不得退換，並受有關條款及細則約束。   
10) 參加活動之人士，已視為同意及接受本條款及細則，及香港法律所約束。請在參與遊戲前細閱此等條款。   
11) 所有收集之個人資料將由DFI Development (HK) Limited按照其私穩政策保留。私穩政策可於https://www.yuurewards.com 找到。  
12) 所得資料只會作是次活動用途，並會在活動完結後31個工作天後自動銷毀。   
13) 在法律容許下，DFI Development (HK) Limited、其代理、夥伴或發行商將不會在任何情況下負責或有責任向玩家作出補償或接受因領獎而出現的任何損失、損壞、個人受傷或死亡之責任。  
14) yuu保留終止或更改優惠的條款和細則的權利，恕不另行通知。     
15) 如有任何爭議，DFI Development (HK) Limited 保留最終決定權。須受其他yuu條款及細則約束。  
16) 條款及細則之中英文版本如有任何差異，以英文版本為準。

Terms and conditions: 
1) 【”Earning yuu Points everywhere” Fortune Chess】Giveaway campaign (“Campaign”) is valid from 26 January at 00:00 – 6 February 2024 at 23:59 (“Promotion Period”).    
2) This campaign is for yuu Members only, please download and activate yuu App to win the prizes.   
3) During the Promotion Period, the first 5,000 yuu Members who purchase and earn yuu Points at yuu partner merchants in three out of the four categories, namely Fashion, Dining, Living and Travel, will be rewarded a set of “Earning yuu Points everywhere” Fortune Chess. Please refer to the list of partner merchants in the yuu App Explore Page. 
4) This promotion do not include EPS Easy Cash reload, any top up services, purchasing shopping vouchers, Stage 1 infant formula milk powder, prescription medication, cigarettes, any redemption merchandise for any stamp collection programs or promotions, online game products, mobile prepaid SIM/mobile SIM cards/value added coupons, Octopus cards/products , gift cards, prepaid cards, various tickets/ stamps, plastic shopping bag charges (if any), plastic box, delivery charges (if any), photocopying, faxing, powerbank rental services, parcel pick up and parcel return services, locker, Inspiration Lake activities, parking fee payment, self-serve laundry, online shopping/ordering, , IKEA for Business/service charges/purchases of non-IKEA kitchen appliances/display items/bargain items and designated items/promotion/stores. 
5) yuu Members who apply for eFamilyPro Life Insurance Plan, eCancerPro Insurance Plan, eIncomePro Deferred Annuity Plan (100% Guaranteed), EasyRefund 100% Global Hospital Cash Plan (3-Year) or 5-Year eEndowment Life Insurance Plan (When applying eFamilyPro Life Insurance Plan or eCancerPro Insurance Plan, you must select a sum insured of HK$ 1 million, 1.5 million, 2 million, 3 million, 3.5 million, 5 million, 6.5 million, or 8 million) during the Activity Period will fulfil the purchase requirements for the Living category among the four categories.  
6) If yuu Members cancel the policy during the cooling-off period or within three months from the policy commencement date, DFI Development (HK) Limited ("DFI") reserves the right to charge such yuu Member a fee of the prize without prior notice. 
7) The 【“Earning yuu points everywhere” Fortune Chess】will be available for collection at Shun Fung Station, Tai Nan Street, Prince Edward (Shop A, G/F, No. 24, 24A & 26 Tai Nan Street, Prince Edward, Yau Tsim Mong District, Kowloon, Hong Kong) from February 7 to March 15, 2024. Winners will be notified by SMS on or before February 6, 2024.

8) Prizes will be forfeited if no collection on or before 15 March 2024.  
9) Each winner will receive one prize only. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Other yuu Terms & Conditions apply.   
10) Anyone who participates in this Promotion shall be deemed to have agreed and accepted these terms and conditions, which shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Please read and abide by these terms and conditions before participation.   
11) Personal data collected by DFI Development (HK) Limited will be subject to DFI Development (HK) Limited privacy policy, please visit https://www.yuurewards.com for details.     
12) Any personal data will be used for the purpose of campaign participation only and will be destroyed within 31 days after the end of the campaign.
13) Insofar as is permitted by law, DFI Development (HK) Limited, its agents, partners, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize. 
14) yuu reserves the right to terminate this offer or change the Terms & Conditions of this offer without prior notice.   
15) In case of any dispute, the decision of DFI Development (HK) Limited shall be final. Other yuu Terms & Conditions apply. 
16) These Terms and Conditions are provided in English and Chinese. In case of any inconsistency between the two versions, the English version shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency.
