條款及細則
1. yuu保險「著數專車」快閃大派yuu積分活動（「此活動」）由DFI Development (HK) Limited以yuu獎賞計劃（「yuu」）之名義主辦。
2. 此活動推廣期為2024年9月12日、9月14日、9月21日、9月22日、9月28日及9月29日（「推廣期」）。
3. 此活動以10:00至19:00為一個遊戲日（「每日」），以GMT+8香港時間為準。
4. 參加者須要符合以下條件方可合資格參加此活動（「合資格參加者」）：
• 已登記成為yuu會員，並下載及啟動yuu應用程式賺取獎賞。
5. 每名合資格參加者每日只限參加此活動一次。
6. 每名合資格參加者必須以真實及準確的 yuu ID 填寫資料，方可獲得 yuu 積分。yuu 對因合資格參加者個人錯誤填寫 yuu ID 所引起的任何損失，概不負責。
7. 合資格參加者需掃描此活動宣傳材料上的特定二維碼，成功掃描二維碼並填妥表格方可賺取300 yuu積分。此活動每日有不同的二維碼，二維碼只限活動當日有效。
8. 此活動每日每位合資格參加者派發上限為300 yuu積分。數量有限，送完即止。
9. 此活動之所有yuu積分均不可兌換現金或其他貨品、退回或轉售。如yuu積分有遺失、失效或逾期，恕不獲補發。
10. 所有yuu積分會於2024年10月31日或之前發送至合資格參加者的yuu賬戶。
11. 參加此活動之合資格參加者，將被視為已同意及接受本條款及細則、yuu條款及細則與 yuu獎賞計劃私隱政策 ，及受香港法律所約束。請在參與活動前細閱此等條款。此活動所收集的yuu ID會用作活動核實身份之用途，並會妥善保存及保密處理已收集之個人資料。如合資格參加者拒絕提供有關資料，yuu有權拒絕合資格參加者參與此活動。
12. 法律容許下，yuu、其代理、夥伴或發行商將不會在任何情況下負責或有責任向參加者作出補償或接受因賺取yuu積分而出現的任何損失、損壞、個人受傷或死亡之責任。
13. 所有合資格參加者須同意：
• 此活動的條款及細則；及
• 所有此活動拍攝的影片及照片，yuu可用於任何途徑作宣傳用途。
14. yuu對本條款及細則擁有絕對解釋權。如有任何爭議，yuu擁有最終決定權。
15. 如此活動之宣傳材料中包含的資料與此條款及細則之間存在任何抵觸，一概以此條款及細則為準。
16. 如此活動之條款及細則之中文及英文版本存有歧異，一概以英文版本為準。

1. yuu Insure Game Truck “yuu Points Giveaway Activity” (“Activity”) is organized by DFI Development (HK) Limited trading as yuu Rewards Club (“yuu”).
2. The promotion period of this Activity is September 12, September 14, September 21, September 22, September 28 and September 29, 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
3. This Activity is based on one game day ("Daily") from 10:00 to 19:00, based on GMT+8 Hong Kong time.
4. To be eligible for the Activity, participant must fulfil the following requirements ("Eligible Participant(s)"):
• Registered as a yuu Member, downloaded and activated the yuu App to earn Reward.
5. The number of Activity per Eligible Participant is limited to one time Daily.
6. Each Eligible Participant must provide a valid and accurate yuu ID when filling out their information in order to receive yuu Points. yuu shall not be liable for any losses arising from the incorrect entries of yuu ID by Eligible Participants.
7. Eligible Participants need to scan specific QR codes on the Activity promotional materials and earn 300 yuu Points after successful QR code scanning and form submission. There are different QR codes for each day of the Activity, and the QR code is valid only on the same Activity day.
8. The maximum Daily distribution of this Activity is 300 yuu Points per Eligible Participant. Limited quantity, while quota last.
9. The yuu Points cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, refunded or resold. In case of any loss, invalidity, or expiry, the yuu Points will not be re-issued.
10. All yuu Points will be credited to the Eligible Participants' yuu Account by or before October 31, 2024.
11. Eligible Participants in the Activity are deemed to agree to and accept these terms and conditions, yuu Terms and Conditions and yuu Rewards Club Privacy Policy, and be bound by Hong Kong law. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the Activity. The yuu IDs collected for this event shall only used for verifying the identity of the Members, and will be handled properly and kept confidential. yuu reserves the right to disqualify Eligible Participants who refuse or fail to provide the relevant personal information.
12. To the extent permitted by law, yuu, its agents, partners, or issuers will not be liable or responsible under any circumstances to compensate participants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from earning yuu Points.
13. All Eligible Participants must agree:
• to the terms and conditions of this Activity, and
• all videos and photos taken during the Activity may be used by yuu for promotional purposes through any channel.
14. yuu reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In case of any disputes, the decision of yuu shall be final and binding.
15. If there is any conflict between the information contained in the promotional materials for this Activity and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall apply and prevail.
16. In case of discrepancies in the Activity terms and conditions between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
